Suzanne and Beneton

We’ve started to realise something here at Willow Farm. There is definitely no one way to celebrate a wedding.

On a gorgeous, sunny Sunday morning, Suzanne and Ben declared their love and commitment for each other in a relaxed, love-filled ceremony by the dam, surrounded by a beautiful crowd that was clearly beaming with happiness for the pair.

For their reception, Ben and Suzanne celebrated with a relaxed gourmet picnic on the lawn. Gorgeous luxury tests from Avant-Garde Camping dotted the grass giving a very cool, chilled-out festival vibe. While nearby, cute vintage caravan Spencer, from That Vintage Caravan was on hand to serve drinks. Lunch was  provided by Jo from Garnish Creative Catering with one of her seriously amazing grazing tables.

After the delicious picnic-style lunch, the happy couple and their loved ones moved into the party shed for speeches and to have a little groove with awesome local jazz band The Escalators  who were providing the soundtrack for the day. And perennial favourite, Chris from Red Berry Photography was behind the lens, capturing it all.

So often it’s the little things that burst our happiness bubble here at the farm. At Suzanne and Beneton’s wedding it was the cute gumboots the bride and bridesmaids were wearing and the personal photo board built from an old pallet. We hadn’t seen this before and totally loved it.

We’ve only had a couple of daytime weddings at Willow Farm but we are always so impressed by the overwhelmingly happy vibe that accompanies them. Beneton and Suzanne’s wedding was such a personal, joyful celebration of love and it suited them so perfectly, we couldn’t imagine it having gone any other way. We wish them a lifetime of happiness together.
